The deadline for Nancy Guthrie’s $6 million ransom reportedly passed without a deposit being made to the cryptocurrency account established by someone claiming to have abducted the 84-year-old mother of NBC News personality Savannah Guthrie.

A note sent to select media outlets including TMZ is said to have included an account number to which funds were to have been deposited Monday by 5 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. That account remained empty Monday evening, according to the gossip site.

Nancy Guthrie was reported missing from her southern Arizona home on Feb. 1. Her family has made numerous pleas for her safe return — including a video posted to social media on Saturday making clear they’re willing to pay for their matriarch’s safe return.

The FBI told media outlets after Monday’s deadline passed that federal officials had nothing to report.

“The FBI is not aware of any continued communication between the Guthrie family and and suspected kidnappers nor have we identified a suspect or person of interest in this case at this time,” the bureau said.

A $50,000 reward is being offered for information that cracks the case.

Savannah Guthrie recorded a video Monday afternoon seeking tips from anyone who might know or have seen anything that can help investigators.

“We are at an hour of desperation, and we need your help,” she pleaded.

Investigators continued searching the missing woman’s Tucson property Monday evening.  The Pima County Sheriff’s Department said Sunday it had no leads.
